Concurrent Student Application

You will need to submit the following items in support of this application:

Personal Essay - Attach a one-page essay stating your reasons for pursuing this course of study; indicate how it will help you achieve future career plans and list educational goals you wish to achieve. Please note qualities you feel will make you a successful candidate for an online program. 

Dean’s Letter - A letter of support must be submitted by the Dean (or Dean’s designee) of your current school for students in CMS, the College of Pharmacy or Scholl College, or your Department Chairperson for the College of Health Professions, verifying your academic performance will not be jeopardized by this concurrent enrollment. Please have your Dean's Letter of Support sent directly to the Office of Admissions and Enrollment at grad.admissions@rosalindfranklin.edu. Please contact the Office of Admissions and Enrollment at (847) 578-3204 if you have any questions.

Transcripts - If applying to a master's program in Clinical Nutrition, Nutrition Education, or Health Promotion and Wellness, please know that you will need to have completed certain prerequisite coursework. By submitting this application, you grant the Office of Admissions and Enrollment permission to use transcripts submitted in your original application to Rosalind Franklin University to ensure that you have completed all required coursework.
